Honeywell Analytics and BW Technologies have announced a firmware update to the Honeywell BW RigRat, the Transportable Multi-gas Area Monitor. The firmware can be updated using the Honeywell Device Configurator App.v2.4.5, which includes the application firmware (v1.04) of BW RigRat.

The update addresses the following among other smaller improvements:

• Improvement on the 5003 fault.
• Support BW RigRat Mesh module upgrading.

Honeywell BW ask users to make sure all devices are updated to the latest firmware using the Device Configurator App v2.4.5
