Carbolite AAF Ashing Furnaces (18 & 32l)

- • Air inlet – air is preheated before entering the chamber
- • Plenum – a small amount of air flows between the heating elements and SiC side walls to clear any fumes away from the elements. This combines with the chamber exhaust in the plenum.

The range of AAF Ashing Furnaces is designed specifically to provide optimum ashing conditions to ensure complete combustion of the sample. For those laboratories where ashing is interspersed with other heat treatment work, the AAF 12/18 & AAF 12/32 provide all of the advantages of the AAF design, but with a higher maximum operating temperature of 1200 °C.
Designed for high-performance heating, these furnaces are ideal for a wide range of applications, including heat treatment and material testing. Featuring advanced temperature control systems for precise heating, each model in the AAF series ensures uniform heat distribution, exceptional reliability, and energy efficiency. Constructed with robust materials and engineered for safety, the AAF furnaces offer an ergonomic design that simplifies operation and maintenance.
