The Casella Microdust Pro is a hand-held real-time dust monitor that's perfect for walkthrough assessments of ambient and indoor work settings. It allows the user to immediately discover "hot spots" in applications such as building and demolition sites, border monitoring, and process monitoring.
The Microdust Pro is simple to use because to its durable design, huge LCD display, and distinctive graphical facility. It allows the user to see graphical and numerical dust levels and real-time trends in real time, as well as extra qualitative data that gravimetric air sampling methods alone cannot provide. The Casella Microdust Pro can detect airborne dusts, fumes, and aerosols in real time and log data internally with a storage capacity of up to 15,700 data points.
This real-time dust monitor is versatile, and it may be used for static and size selected sampling applications with a variety of accessories.
A variety of accessories are available for the Microdust Pro, including an enclosure system that allows the instrument to be utilised in static monitoring applications. This connects the instrument to a personal air sampling pump, which sends particle through an optical sample chamber before depositing it on a filter media. Users can acquire both real-time and gravimetric data, after which the material can be weighed or submitted for analysis.
