Built upon proven TSI flow sensor technology, the TSI Mass Flowmeters 5000 Series redefines what a flow meter can do for you. This all-in-one gas mass flow meter simplifies your work by eliminating the need for multiple instruments and is flexible enough to fit your unique application. The 5000 Series offers a mix of models with varying features and functionality.

All TSI gas mass flow meters integrate flow, absolute pressure, and temperature sensors to deliver readings and compensate flow measurements. Our 5000 Series models also incorporate bidirectional flow sensing, colour touchscreen display, and configurable tube end adapters.

Advanced 5000 Series Flow Meter models can simultaneously measure flow rate, absolute pressure, temperature, volume, differential pressure, and humidity in a single, compact device. Additional models include options for higher flow accuracy, data logging, humidity compensation, or a wide flow accuracy specification.



Flow Multi-Meter Advanced Functionality:


The 5220 models include integrated humidity and differential pressure sensors. The humidity sensor provides relative humidity readings and its measurements are used to compensate the flow measurement for humidity effects. The added pressure sensor enables users to measure the pressure differential of flows at the flow meter or any point in the line. In addition to the totaliser, these models can make precise volume measurements through flow or pressure triggers. 5230 models also include a built-in data logger that can save synchronised measurement data directly to the flow meter.



Easy to Operate:


You can view up to four readings simultaneously from the colour touchscreen display and quickly and easily configure measurements and device settings directly from the flow meter. Connect and operate the gas flow meter through your PC with FLO-Sight software to take advantage of advanced data display and device settings options.

The 5000 Series Flow Meters utilise a proprietary platinum film sensor with proven performance that’s been relied upon for more than 35 years. The TSI flow sensor design is optimised for applications where high accuracy, fast response, and low-pressure drop are performance needs. A fast sensor response ensures accuracy in fluctuating flows and is ideal for closed-loop control systems and integrated volume measurements. The low-pressure drop of TSI flow meters minimises flow circuit back pressure and its impact on the system.
